I gotta tell you folks, I am a jealous man. I’ve always wanted to go to South by Southwest in Austin, TX, and sadly never have. Luckily for me, and for you if you’re in the same boat as me, I can live vicariously through my colleagues at Nerdist and the other Legendary Digital Networks (Geek & Sundry and Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls at the Party, dontcha know) who have set up an awesome #Saloon to interview people, play games, showcase bands, and generally do everything awesome you could possibly want from the U.S.’ premier arts and media festival.

Dan Casey takes us through all of Saturday’s biggest happenings, from interviewing the cast of SeeSo’s Bajillion Dollar Properties, to hearing about the animated D&D adventure of Harmontown, to the cast of Silicon Valley. Throw in some Tatiana Maslany, Jake Gyllenhaal, and music of the Tiara Girls and you have yourself a pretty packed day surrounded by tubed meats. But the greatest thing of all? A place where you could play with puppies! And adopt them too, if you so desired. Don’t you wish you were in Austin even more than before? I do.
