Deadpool Guacamole
ingredients:
-2 large avocados, quartered, seeded and peeled
-2 Tablespoons shallot, diced
-juice of half a lime
-1 jalapeño, finely chopped
-salt and pepper to taste
-bean dip
-sour cream
In a bowl mash the avocados, shallot and lime juice.
Add the jalapeño, salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the guacamole into a bowl and spread evenly.
Using bean dip, add the two sides of the Deadpool mask.
Add a small amount of sour cream on both sides for the eyes.
Serve with chips and chimichangas.
