Deadpool and food go hand in deadly hand. Sometimes when he’s rollin’ along in his food truck, he just likes saying the word chimichanga. Chimichanga. Chimichanga. Chimichanga.

To go along with his Mexican menu, guacamole and bean dip is the perfect choice. Especially today, National Guacamole Day! Served in the shape of the Deadpool logo, you won’t be able to resist the Merc with a Mouth’s guacamole special. Chimichanga!

Deadpool Guacamole
ingredients:
-2 large avocados, quartered, seeded and peeled
-2 Tablespoons shallot, diced
-juice of half a lime
-1 jalapeño, finely chopped
-salt and pepper to taste
-bean dip
-sour cream

In a bowl mash the avocados, shallot and lime juice.

Add the jalapeño, salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon the guacamole into a bowl and spread evenly.

Using bean dip, add the two sides of the Deadpool mask.

Add a small amount of sour cream on both sides for the eyes.

Serve with chips and chimichangas.
