Hello, North America! Adele Announces New Tour

Remember “When We Were Young” and saw Adele in concert? Sometimes it feels like that was “A Million Years Ago.” Well get ready to say “Hello” to her again, because she has announced a new North American tour.

It will be the first time she has toured in five years, but with the recent release of her mega-smash, record-setting hit album, 25, a new tour was expected. She’ll begin on July 5 in St Paul, Minnesota and end four months later on November 15 in Mexico City.

Yes, yes, we know, you only care about whether or not she is heading to your town. Here’s the complete list.

  • November 8 and 9 Houston, TX Toyota Center

This tour will follow her nearly four-month European tour. You can get those dates and venues here.

It’s hard enough to be a musical act worthy of filling massive, arena-sized shows, and it’s crazy to think you can do multiple nights in one city, let alone consistently have to do them in almost every city. However, doing six (six!) shows in both Los Angeles and New York City is nothing short of stunning. Yet, the reality is that she could probably do even more than that, and with some built in nights off in those cities, it wouldn’t at all be surprising to see fans clamor for her to add more.

With the new album already over 5 million album sales in such a short time, the number of people that want to hear her new music live is massive. What will those numbers look like by the time this tour kicks off? What’s the limit?

What song from the new album do you most want to hear live? Tell us in the comments below.
