Saving the Earth from the Chitauri, malevolent Norse Gods, and rogue A.I.s with a God complex can be tiresome work. After all, wherever the Avengers go, death and destruction tend to follow. Or maybe it’s vice versa. It’s a real chicken-or-the-egg situation, to be perfectly honest. But one of the reasons we love Earth’s Mightiest Heroes is that they always manage to find a way to blow off steam or fire off a killer quip in the midst of battling Ultron and his army of automatons. That same spirit of silliness extends to the actors who bring our favorite Marvel heroes to life and we have a little taste of just how silly they can be in the above teaser for the gag reel appearing on the forthcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron home video release.
In this exclusive preview, Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) shares a tender moment with the–spoiler alert–recently deceased Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson). Well, at least it was supposed to be a tender moment. Watch the video above and see for yourself.
