While Fallout fans were probably the most excited about the official reveal of Fallout 4 last month, there are others who’re new to the franchise, equally intrigued, and wondering how they’ll be able to get their hands on previous installments of the series prior to Fallout 4‘s November 10th release. To answer their cry, Bethesda dropped the bomb during Quake Con today by unveiling The Fallout Anthology: a collection of nearly every Fallout game and expansion ever released.
The Anthology includes: Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics, Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, and Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition along with all of the official add-ons. As you’ll see in the image below, the physical versions of the game will come packaged in a collectible mini-nuke storage case, complete with an audible bomb sound. Plus, with Fallout 4 releasing soon after, they’ve made room in the storage case for the brand new game.
According to Bethesda’s official Twitter account, the collection will be releasing in North America on September 29th and in Europe on October 2nd. Pete Hines also confirmed via Twitter that Fallout Anthology would retail for $49.99, and should be available for pre-order soon.

In a follow up tweet, he also revealed that it would, in fact, be limited. No specific quantities have been revealed, but if you want to get your hands on this bad boy, we highly suggest watching online retailers like a hawk before the super cool collection is sold out. Espeically after what transpired with the Pip-Boy editions of Fallout 4.
