AGENT CARTER is Ready for Her Hollywood Close-Up in Season 2 Premiere Pics

On January 19, everyone’s favorite SSR agent is back and this time, she’s headed to Hollywood. In preparation for the season 2 premiere of Agent Carter, ABC has released photos from the two-hour event.

The premiere is broken up into two parts, “The Lady in the Lake” and “A View in the Dark.” Peggy (Hayley Atwell) is called to Los Angeles by the SSR’s new west coast director and Peggy’s former partner Daniel Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) to help with a murder investigation. Since this is Agent Carter and not NCIS, it’s pretty safe to assume that whatever is going on goes much deeper and stranger than a mere homicide.

The pictures, in the gallery below, give us a first look at Peggy and Jarvis (James D’Arcy) as they adjust to their new surroundings. There is also a better look at Peggy’s possible new love interest Jason Wilkes played by Reggie Austin. There are also the first images of Wynn Everett who plays Whitney Frost. Comic book fans will recognize the name as the alter-ego of long time Iron Man, villain Madame Masque. She is also the daughter of Count Nefaria, the leader of the supervillain organized crime unit the Maggia. Frost’s appearance alone opens the door to a whole new realm of possibilities for Agent Carter’s corner of the MCU.
