Watch Daniel Radcliffe and Paul Dano in a SWISS ARMY MAN Music Video

If a renaissance man is a person who has many talents and abilities, then Daniel Radcliffe’s character in Swiss Army Man is surely a prime example of the archetype. He is very much dead, but Paul Dano’s character still gets plenty of use out of him, utilizing him to launch a grappling hook, fire ammo like a machine gun, and other daily tasks.

Another thing the two can do together is star in a music video. Andy Hull and Robert McDowell of Manchester Orchestra scored the film, and today they released “Montage,” from the film’s soundtrack, along with a lyric video. The two characters sing along to the track, which very plainly and literally describes their actions: “Now we killed a raccoon / We are using your body like it’s a machine gun! / Now we are shooting some fish! / Our friendship is blossoming, let’s eat the stuff we killed!”

Dano and Radcliffe also contributed vocals to the song, which makes sense because both have adequate musical chops: Dano recently played Beach Boys mastermind Brian Wilson in the biopic Love & Mercy. Radcliffe, no stranger to musicals, starred in a production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying in 2011 and 2012.

Swiss Army Man and its soundtrack are set to hit theaters on June 24. The music video (above) features a shortened version of “Montage,” so listen to the whole thing below, and while you’re here, check out our review of this truly bizarre movie.
