Hail to the King. You know how sometimes you’re excited about something, but you didn’t understand how excited you were ? That’s how I feel about Ash vs Evil Dead. Starz has released the first photo of Bruce Campbell as Ash in the series, and I am so ready for all the blood. He’s flanked by Pablo Simon Bolivar (Ray Santiago) and Kelly Maxwell (Dana DeLorenzo). Heading the Round Table. Storybrooke is taking a trip to Camelot in season five, and they’ve found their King Arthur. Entertainment Weekly revealed that Once Upon a Time has cast Liam Garrigan (24: Live Another Day) as Arthur. This news follows learning Sinqua Walls will reprise his role as Lancelot. Showrunners Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis said, “As we do on Once Upon a Time, we’re doing our own twist on Camelot, on Arthur’s background, and on his relationships with Merlin, Guinevere and Lancelot.” [TV Fanatic]

Switching It Up. Fox’s Lucifer has made a small switcheroo. Kevin Alejandro (Arrow) has replaced Nicholas Gonzalez as homicide detective Dan. [TVLine]

Do As Peggy Says. We recently learned Jarvis (James D’Arcy) and Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) would be joining Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) in season two of Agent Carter, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. And now we know why Peggy’s going there and that Jarvis, at least, will be by her side. Executive producer Michele Fazekas told Entertainment Weekly, “There’s a case that goes beyond what the LAPD or normal local police would be able to handle that falls into their purview.” Fazekas said they have an organic way to infuse Jarvis into the new location and that he is not a fan of Los Angeles. I sense so many great quips ahead. I can’t wait. And hey, look at the snazzy new Agent Carter poster by Kris Anka that will be available at the Marvel booth (#2329) at Comic-Con. Not So Fast. More drama is ahead for Harvey, Donna, Louis and everyone else because Suits has been renewed for a sixth season. The drama is USA’s second longest-running series, and it will return for 16 episodes next season. [The Hollywood Reporter]

Science Problems. Rejoice, fans of sci-fi and gore, because season two of Rick and Morty is just around the corner. Because we know waiting is hard, please enjoy a trailer for the Adult Swim animated series. Try not to laugh. I double dog dare you. Rick and Morty will return on July 26. [Nerdist]

Out of Commission. The infamous car from the Dukes of Hazzard is being put in storage. The Dodge Charger features a prominent Confederate flag, and the flag has recently been under the magnifying glass after a recent tragedy in Charleston, South Carolina. To that end, TV Land has pulled daily reruns of Dukes of Hazzard off the air and Warner Bros. Consumer Products has elected to stop releasing replicas and models of General Lee. [TVLine]

A Comeback. Is there such a thing as too many vampire stories? I say no, and I double down on that statement when said stories are new ones from the world of Vampire Hunter D. Unified Pictures is apparently working with Vampire Hunter D author Hideyuki Kikuchi and Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust director Yoshiaki Kawajiri on a fresh series, and they’ll be revealing more details soon. Actually, they’re supposed to go over the storyline and format today at a panel at Anime Expo. [Nerdist]

All in the Family. When you think about Fear the Walking Dead, your first thought is probably about zombies. It’s only natural. And though The Walking Dead spinoff from AMC will focus on the beginning of the outbreak, the tone is different. Showrunner Dave Erickson told Entertainment Weekly, “Ultimately, it’s a family drama. One of the things that Robert [Kirkman] and I discussed from the very beginning was, we’re starting a little earlier in the apocalypse. And what that allowed us to do in the pilot and season one is establish our core family, establish the problems and the conflicts that they have, and really let that be the initial world that we live in.” It’s an interesting take to put the apocalypse on a smaller scale–I think it will make it more relatable. Going Homemade. MythBusters returns to Discovery Channel on July 18. Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman will be back for more scientific shenanigans including testing more Star Wars myths and working with Breaking Bad’s Vince Gilligan to test a Walter White-esque homemade machine gun–because why not?
