The 5 Most Intentionally Funny Videos This Week 6/4/13

I’m not going to even pretend I don’t know what twerking or prancercising are or even what Amanda Bynes has been up to, but it’s not something that I’m glad I spent my time with. That’s why I’m glad I can kill my time with The 5 Most Intentionally Funny Videos, curated and posted below, that were meant to be funny instead of killing my time with something that might possibly be funny, but more likely to be just bizarre, in another context.

1. Conan writer Andrés du Bouchet performs a very much abbreviated version of his four hour one man show One Hundred and Me Percent at one of LA’s best comedy shows, The Super Serious Show.

2. Comedian Will Weldon gives an honest look into a one night stand in his web series One Night Man, especially if the boyfriend walks in while he’s asleep (especially if the boyfriend is really weird and needy).

3. Maria Bamford’s latest web series over at My Damn Channel, Ask My Mom, gives us all a chance to have all of our questions answered by her Mom (as played by Maria Bamford).

4. The last thing that reminded us of This Is Spinal Tap is this short, Daryl – Portrait of an Axe Man, by Andre Hyland with Paul Oyen.

5. Ricky Gervais has reprised his role of David Brent just to teach us all guitar… well, kind of…

And in case you missed it, check out last week’s 5 MIFV.

Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the 5 MIFV every week like many videos that have been featured in the past. Same rules still apply.
-E-mail embeddable video link to [email protected] with subject line “5 MIFV Submission”
-Submit by the end of the upcoming Monday (which would be 6/10)
-Videos must be posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) between 6/4 and the end of Monday 6/10
-Don’t add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link.
