Today is National Coffee Day and when you’re being burned alive and left for dead on Mustafar, the only thing that can cool you down is the ultimate coffee drink: iced coffee with coffee ice cream, topped off with coffee ice cubes in the shape of Stormtrooper heads.

Darth Vader has an affinity for freezing things, so he knows that the best iced coffee uses ice cubes made of coffee–that way his sweet, sweet caffeine buzz won’t be diluted down. Celebrate National Coffee Day with Star Wars iced coffee and use The Force to beat the heat.

Dark Side Iced Coffee Float
ingredients:
-12 ounces coffee
-1 scoop coffee ice cream

Pour 4 ounces of the coffee into a Stormtrooper mold. Place in freezer until solid. Keep the rest of the coffee in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Once the ice cubes are frozen, pour the cold coffee into a glass and add a scoop of coffee ice cream.

Top off with the Stormtrooper ice cubes to serve.
