STAR WARS Brings Down the House at Comic-Con

There are few film franchises as beloved as Star Wars, and it’d be impossible to have your eyes open at Comic-Con and not see something Jedi-related. Sure to have been the Hall H panel that inspired the most tears of happiness, the Star Wars presentation did not disappoint all of the die-hard fans who waited in line for up to TWO DAYS to get in.

They brought out the practical puppet Baba Joe (or is it Bobba Joe?) and played a sweet behind-the-scenes video showing off Simon Pegg in practical alien makeup and Han Solo back in the driver’s seat of the Millennium Falcon. The star-studded panel featured Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, Gwendoline Christie, Donal Gleason, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, and–receiving a standing ovation–Harrison Ford. They needed the panel with a fleet of stormtroopers leading the ENTIRE HALL of fans to a special Star Wars concert.

Join host Jessica Chobot for all of the details, let us know in the comments how many happy tears you shed over the panel, and don’t  miss the rest of Nerdist’s Comic-Con coverage this weekend!
