New SAILOR MOON Cafe Menu Is Powerfully Cute

The Japanese manga turned anime Sailor Moon is pop culture phenomenon, inspiring cosplay, makeup, and more for over 25 years. The genre is such a sensation that every year a new pop-up restaurant appears with more adorable food than your kawaii eyes can handle.

The temporary concept allows the menu to stay fresh and creative; this year the food looks cuter than ever as the restaurants open in Japan through November. We learned about the latest menu from Rocketnews24, and we have a look at the best food items to help you get in touch with your inner Sailor Senshi.

First off, cat fans can rejoice. Everyone’s favorite feline advisors Luna and Artemis are featured on their very own tasty burgers. Just look at those adorable buns complete with kitty ears. Their little forehead crescents are even recreated out of cheese to sell the whole presentation.

When you think of Sailor Moon, you know Tuxedo Mask can’t be far behind. Mamoru Chiba’s secret identity is represented by a flavorful entree, Tuxedo Mask‘s Jet Black Curry. The dish is adorned with a splash of rose petals to symbolize his signature power move.

Why are we wasting our time lingering over savory dishes? Usagi loves dessert and when it comes to sweets, this menu delivers. The Legendary Holy Grail! Rainbow Moon Chalice Parfait looks just like the sacred goblet, but this one is filled with ice cream. No doubt that when eaten, it will most likely give you the power to evolve into Super Sailor Moon.

Sailor Jupiter’s trademark attack takes shape in the form of a creamy pastry. Filled out with a healthy topping of cotton candy, Sailor Jupiter’s Supreme Thunder Cream Puff will definitely send electricity through your system.

Drinks always seem to shine when it comes to Sailor Senshi eats, and there’s no better way to end your meal than with a Sailor Moon Mango Cream Smoothie and Chibi Moon Strawberry Milk Smoothie.

In case you didn’t get enough candy floss from dessert, the delicate confection is once again a featured ingredient in Luna P’s Cotton Candy Soda. The guest is encouraged to pour over seltzer water to make Luna’s sugary head disappear into the drink before consumption. Sounds like a magical way to end a celestial meal.
