Robert Kirkman’s OUTCAST Gets Exclusive Comic-Con Poster and Comic Book Cover

If you’re a Robert Kirkman fan, this week’s Comic-Con is a huge one. It’s the fifth anniversary of Kirkman’s Skybound Entertainment, so the Walking Dead creator and his people are pulling out all the stops to celebrate. We recently presented the exclusive poster for Skybound’s first feature film Air — premiering this week in San Diego — as well as our interview with its star Norman Reedus. Now we’ve got our our hands on the official Comic-Con poster art for Kirkman’s next comic book-inspired show, Outcast. Starring Patrick Fugit and based on Kirkman’s Skybound/Image comic book of the same name (illustrated by artist Paul Azaceta), Outcast is a supernatural drama about a young man plagued with possession by otherworldly entities. The show debuts on Cinemax in 2016, but Comic-Con attendees can get their first look at Outcast at a panel held this Saturday, July 11th, in Room 6DE at 3:00 p.m. at the San Diego Convention Center.

The panel will be moderated by Kumail Nanjiani (of our own The Indoor Kids), and the panelists will include creators and executive producers Robert Kirkman and Chris Black, stars Fugit, Philip Glenister, and Wrenn Schmidt, and “two surprise special guest panelists.” (Hmmm…) An autograph signing will follow at 5:45 p.m. in the Warner Bros. booth (#4545). Ticket drawings and/or wristband distributions for the signing will take place Saturday morning at the Sails Pavilion floor, between Ballroom 20 and Rooms 6A, 6BCF and 6DE.
