JUSTICE LEAGUE’s Comic-Con Trailer Has an Incredible Aquaman Moment

Superman may not be saying much after what happened in Batman V. Superman, but Warner Bros. had quite a bit to say about Justice League at their Comic-Con panel.

There’s a lot to unpack in the latest trailer of Justice League (something we’re sure to do in the coming days) but let’s just hit the highlights of what we see!

The world is still reeling from the loss of Superman and crime is up all over the place leaving the heroes to do what they can in his absence. There’s a hefty dose of Steppenwolf on his quest to collect the Mother Boxes on Earth including one directly from Themyscira, which we assume is the reason Batman and Wonder Woman start growing the team.

Larger chunks of action set pieces including Cyborg taking control of a Bat-vehicle, Aquaman riding a Parademon through a building like it ain’t no thang, and Wonder Woman taking up the leader role of the team.

There’s also quite a focus on the humor they’ve injected into the film having almost everyone be involved in some sort of joke or sight gag. Alfred quips about the days of wind-up explosive penguins, Diana has a moment of lying about how she spends her weekends, and the Flash sheds light on how rude it is for most heroes to disappear on Gordon when he’s not done talking.

This trailer has us more excited than ever for what Justice League has in store for us and we’re quite happy the cliffhanger at the end (could it be Green Lantern?) wasn’t spoiled in a trailer as of yet. We’ve still got our fingers crossed for black suit and a sweet mullet!

How do you feel about the Justice League news? We aren’t too far away from the film, so let us know in the comments below and on Twitter.
