Join Nerdist and Geek & Sundry for Laser Tag, Games, and Celebrity Interviews at Camp Conival!

It’s that time of year again, folks! The official SDCC panel schedule is out, we’ve packed our superhero t-shirts and space-themed dresses, and those wonderful excitement nerves are back in full tingle. Yes, San Diego Comic-Con is just around the corner, and we’re finally ready to unveil what we’ve been working on for this year’s festivities.

Along with our pals at Geek & Sundry, we’re hosting Camp Conival, a four-day trip back in time to everything that you loved about summer camp. If you joined us for Conival last year, you know that the event is chock-a-block full of fun activities completely free and open to the public (no Comic-Con badge required).

We’re bringing back some of our favorite events like Geek & Sundry tabletop gaming, Nerdist laser tag, tons of giveaways and collectibles, and interviews with our favorite stars—all inspired by summer camp classics like Wet Hot American Summer, Salute Your Shorts, and Heavyweights (without the torture).

Make sure you show up early and grab a seat at the Camp Conival main stage, because we have a ton of cool folks coming by to talk with Team Nerdist, including Adam Savage, Felicia Day, the cast of the MST3K reboot, Josh Holloway (Colony, Lost), Luc Besson (Valerian), the folks behind Rick and Morty, Geek & Sundry’s Critical Role, the entire cast and creators of American Gods, Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss for Sherlock, Misha Collins, and much, much more!

But that’s not all. We also have a podcast and signing stage for meet-and-greets and live recordings with some of your favorite talents, including Bizarre States, Maltin Loves Movies, and Marc Guggenheim.

*Deep breath* We’ll ALSO be popping onto official Comic-Con panels, so if you’re roaming the Convention Center halls looking for something to do, you can catch us there. Basically, Nerdist and Geek & Sundry will be all over the place, and we’re dying to see your beautiful cosplay and smiling faces.
