Charity Shop Put a Photo of Jeff Goldblum in Every Picture Frame

According to U.S. News & World Report, the number one marketing graduate program in the country can be found at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. But someone at a small secondhand charity shop just schooled every Kellogg School of Management graduate—and everyone on Earth, period—on how to really market a product. How did they do it? By filling every picture frame with a photo of Jeff Goldblum.

Twitter user @Simonreah shared this genius piece of salesmanship he came across at a charity shop, where one of the world’s smartest marketers used pictures of Jeff Goldblum to give the store’s available frames a little, uh, pizzazz.

You know how when you buy a brand new picture frame it always comes with a photo of some random, way-too-happy family doing something stupid like throwing leaves at one another? Why are they so happy to be holding dirty foliage? Who does that? That doesn’t make me want to buy a frame. It makes me want to stay home, far away from these leaf-loving weirdos. But do you know what does make me want to buy a picture frame, even a used one? A photo of Jeff Goldblum.

I hope for the cost of tuition at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, they make sure to teach you that Goldblum always sells. It’s simple but, uh, effective.

Which celebrity would you fill your store’s picture frames with? Tell us in the comments below.
