Genius INFINITY WAR Halloween Decorations Are Scary Good (And Sad)

Lots of things scare us during the Halloween season. From horror movies and haunted hayrides, to ghost tales, to people who give trick-or-treaters floss and apples, the spookiest time of the year is full of terrors around every corner. That includes on our actual corners, as homeowners adorn their properties with skeletons, spider webs, and jack-o-lanterns. However, some decor goes too far. There are things we don’t want to see any time of the year, because even the mere idea of them fills us with more fright than we can handle. That’s true even when they aren’t truly Halloween-themed.

Because it is still way too soon for this Infinity War decoration recreating Spider-Man turning to dust in Iron Man‘s arms.

Oh no. OH NO.

This supremely clever–yet supremely upsetting–creation was shared by Twitter user @tasmen, who said we can all blame “history’s greatest monster,” her friend @JillikinzSEA. Rather than be mad at her for making Halloween sad though, we have to commend her for fully committing to the project. Because she turned her entire front yard into an Infinity War and pumpkin homage with her Captain America and Thanos creations.

“As long as one pumpkin stands against you, you’ll never be able to claim Halloween.”

Hopefully next year, after Avengers 4 comes out, her Halloween decorations will be a celebration about how Spider-Man came back. But we do NOT want to see a “Captain America dies” pumpkin. Some things are just too scary.

What other Marvel scene would make for a great spooky decoration? Tell us in the comments below.
