Three months after Mad Max: Fury Road crashed into theaters, its adrenaline is still pumping through the veins of pop culture. Case-in-point,we already have amazing trailer remixes with Star Wars and Mario Kart (my personal favorite), spot-on cosplay, and inspired fan art.

One <Immortan Joe voice> property </Immortan Joe voice> that has been mashed up the most with the magnificence of Max has to be Adventure Time. And when you think about it, it makes sense. Adventure Time is about a chaotic hero who tries to do good in a bizarre, post-apocalyptic world where a sickly king is trying to steal women for himself. So far there has been both mashed-up cosplay and fan art, so now, of course, there has to be an Adventure Time/Fury Road trailer.

In the video above, artist Egor Zhgun overlays a series of mash-up GIFs (the whole collection can be seen here) and animations over the original Fury Road trailer. And like the mash-ups to come before it, it still totally works.
