FIFA 17 Is a Great Game Filled with Hilarious Glitches

The FIFA soccer titles are one of the best-selling franchises in the history of video games. Millions and millions of copies have been sold, and the attention to detail that goes into each year’s game is phenomenal; Just look at how much work goes into getting the player ratings just right. FIFA 17 is no exception, but now that the game has been available in North America for a week now and players have really had the chance to explore it, the inevitable reveal of glitches has begun.

FIFA 17 is the first game in the series to run on the Frostbite game engine, so a couple of snags aren’t exactly unexpected. It doesn’t seem like there are any game-breaking shortcomings, but you might break out laughing at some of them. The video above compiles some of the best, and they’re a hoot.

Of course, the greatest of the pack are suggestive, because we’re children and jokes about butts are hilarious. For instance, in one clip, Zlatan Ibrahimovic slides into and collides with a goalie before getting a prolonged face-full of fanny and celebrating with great vigor. He’s likely reacting to the goal he just scored, but a high-quality butt-sniff is nothing to frown at either.

Players also have a great thread on NeoGaf going that’s collecting a bunch of hilarious GIFS, like this:

Again, FIFA 17 is a wonderful game, and EA Sports will probably release patches that take care of some of the weird physics before too long, but before that happens, let’s enjoy watching the world’s finest athletes getting into hilariously compromising positions.
