Bring on the tropical settings and ridable elephants! Ubisoft confirmed Far Cry 4 today during their latest financial report for this fiscal year.
The game will release this November on the PS3, PS4, 360, Xbox One and Windows PC platforms. Just as it was rumored, the game will take place in Kyrat, a fictional region within the Himalayas. Development will be helmed by Ubisoft Montreal in conjunction with Ubisoft Toronto, Ubisoft Shanghai, Ubisoft Kiev and Red Storm Entertainment.
A pre-order gets you a free limited edition upgrade, as indicated by the graphic below:
Damn, that is one big ass harpoon gun. You have to wonder what type of massive beasts we’ll be taking down with that thing. More details on Far Cry 4 will be surely be divulged at this years Ubisoft E3 conference.
