Fan Art Friday #48 – Cute Art by Kate Carleton

Wandering the aisles of Artists’ Alley at a convention is one of the best ways to spend your time at there, and maybe one of the most expensive ways, too. But it’s so worth it! You can discover self-published books and comics you’ve never seen before, originals of some of your favorite comic book pages, prints and buttons, and oh so much fan art. Like this art by Kate Carleton! I stumbled upon her work at a convention and have been keeping tabs on her Instagram and Facebook feeds ever since. She applies a cute brush to many of my favorite characters; I dig her storybook-esque style.

Look at this Jon Snow:

See more of Carleton’s work in the gallery below — prepare to say, “Awww!” repeatedly. Then, head to Store Envy to shop. Carleton has several prints available and you can pre-order commissions to pick up at conventions she’s attending.

Which of Carleton’s drawings do you like best? I’m all about The Hound.
