I get attached to fictional characters. When a story is written well, it’s hard not to become invested. It’s easy to find elements of yourself or your loved ones in the characters we see across all forms of media so I can understand where the talented illustrator Blair Zhou is coming from. Known as Graphite Doll on Tumblr, Blair says, “I’m just a girl who falls in love with fictional characters way too easily”. She pours her passion and talents into creating pictures of Anna and Elsa from Frozen, Hiccup from How to Train Your Dragon, Jack Frost from Rise of the Guardians, and many other characters. Her work captures a hefty amount of emotion so I’m apparently just a girl who falls in love with art way too easily.
