Warning: Spoilers for Star Wars: The Force Awakens follow.
The Force rolled out of bed recently, and we’ve been flocking to the theater to celebrate its return to the land of the waking. I admittedly have a skewed view, but Star Wars: The Force Awakens seems to be dominating social media and news headlines. It’s smashing all sorts of box office records,  energizing fans, and  inspiring everything from cosplay to parody Twitter accounts. Allow me to introduce you to the joy that is Emo Kylo Ren:
@HotTopic do you have any eyeliner that is the exact color of darth vader

With a profile that calls him a “ren’s rights activist,” Emo Kylo Ren gets melancholy about a variety of topics but mostly Darth Vader. As we saw in the movie, Ren idolizes the Sith Lord and wants to finish what he started. He wants to wipe out all the Jedi, rule the galaxy, embrace the dark side, etc. It’s not that easy though. Ren is conflicted and pulled to the light despite his best efforts, black clothing, and red lightsaber. He’s fascinating. And also sometimes amusing.
Emo Kylo Ren has acquired 27,000Â followers as of this writing (the account is merely a day old). These are some of the gems that have sprung from the keyboard of emo Ren so far:

I can’t stop laughing.
For maximum effect, I highly recommend dramatically reading them to your roommate, co-worker, or the random person sitting next to you–as long as said person has seen The Force Awakens. Spoilers about Ren’s lineage are sprinkled throughout the timeline.
How fast did you follow Emo Kylo Ren? Head to the comments and tell me what you would tweet as the tortured villain.
