DRAGON BALL Z Characters Fused with Superheroes

We all know Dragon Ball Z, the Japanese anime sequel to Dragon Ball. And we definitely know the most famous superheroes of our time; Batman, Robin, Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Conan the Barbarian.

This week, French artist Pierre Marie-Lenoir (the art director of Vogue Paris),  is showing us something we haven’t seen before. If you like fusion art (and who doesn’t?), you’re in for a real treat. Lenoir has taken the concept of fusion from the Dragon Ball Z series — by which powerful characters can morph together to form an even more powerful persona — and expanded it to include our favorite superheroes.

Spiderman Dragon Ball Fusion

I love the youthful look of Spider-Man; it reminds me of Peter Parker when he first got his powers and tested them in his bedroom mirror. The red really pops, and I love the detail in the actual figure. He gets the essence of Spider-Man really well, so much so I feel like this guy could just pop out of the picture and start making webs in my living room.

Batman Dragon Ball Z Fusion

Again, Lenoir nails it. Batman is perfectly stoic. This isn’t a bad outfit for him either, it looks more comfortable than his usual get-up.

Check out more awesome fusions in the gallery below. If you like what you see, there are further examples of Lenoir’s graphic designs and illustrations at Behance. And you can follow Lenoir on Twitter at PMLenoir.

What other superheroes would you like to see fused with Dragon Ball Z? Let us know below, and maybe it’ll get back to Lenoir.
