Happy New Year from Nerdist News!
2015 was a year filled with game-changing television series like Mr. Robot and Jessica Jones, engrossing and life-consuming video games like Witcher 3 and Fallout 4, awesome sequels like Avengers: Age of Ultron and Furious 7, a return to our most beloved franchises with Jurassic World, Mad Max: Fury Road and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, new classics like Inside Out, Kingsman, and The Martian, and tons of tantalizing teasers and trailers for movies like Suicide Squad, Deadpool, Batman V Superman, and Captain America: Civil War.
Looking ahead to 2016, we’d like to make a few predictions of what’s in store for the nerd-o-verse. And who better to help us look into our future than Trongo, the haunted seer? What does Trongo think of Jared Leto’s Joker in Suicide Squad? Does Trongo think Lucasfilm will get a live-action Star Wars show on television? Which video game console does Trongo think will dominate the industry in 2016?
Join host Jessica Chobot and good ol’ Trongo for our best guess at what will hit and miss as we head into a new, exciting year, on today’s Nerdist News.
