X-Essorize With This MONDO X-MEN: APOCALYPSE Pin Set

With X-Men: Apocalypse finally upon us (you can read Kyle Anderson’s review here), it’s time to get out the t-shirts and cosplay material to duly prepare for our trips to the theater. But what about the subtle fans among us? What if you want to express your love for mutants without having to glue butter knives to your hands or shave your head into a mohawk? Mondo has the answer for this particular section of fandom: the new enamel pin set inspired by the X-Men: Apocalypse.

Magneto

The pin set features the Four Horseman of Apocalypse: Magneto, Psylocke, Storm, and Archangel. They are also depicted as their comic book versions as opposed to the film.

Storm

Each pin comes fastened to the old Marvel Comics logo from the 1980s. Back then, the upper lefthand corner of each comic had this logo, along with headshots of the star of the comic. Considering the film takes place in that time period, this nod makes perfect sense.

Psylocke

Even though denim is the focus here, feel free to attach the pin to the material of your choosing.

You can check out more pictures of this set in the gallery below. They are currently available for pre-order on Mondo’s website for $35.00.

X-Men Apocalypse is currently in theaters.

So what do you think? Are you going pre-order the Four Horseman pin set? Are you going to wait for the Ric Flair, Ole Anderson, Arn Anderson, and Tully Blanchard set instead? Let me know on Twitter or feud with Dusty Rhodes fans in the comments below.

Wonder if X-Men: Apocalypse ever almost got too ’80s? The cast chimes in on that below!
