Who Would Have Thought POKÉMON Would Look This Great as ZOIDS?

We’ve constructed our list of top 8 shiny Pokémon. We’ve seen the cute critters majestically roam the open plains of the Unreal Engine 4 kite demo. Heck, we’ve even witnessed the Pocket Monsters battle each other Tekken-style. You think you’ve seen it all, but you’re about to be proven wrong. Here’s the Zoids/Pokémon crossover you never knew you needed in your life. Artist太斗 has not only made awesome art featuring some awesome pocket monsters, but has taken it to the next level, and turned some of these creatures into Zoids. These cybernetic iterations of our favorite monsters look fantastic. Feast your eyes on the gallery below.

How much more intimidating would Ash’s rag-tag team be if at least one of them were these mechanical Pokémon? I’m not sure how Pikachu would look in this artistic style, but surely the little electric rat would be much more menacing with a metallic body put together with bolts and gears. My personal favorite from these gorgeous depictions has the be the three legendary dogs: Suicune, Entei, and Raiku. These three in particular fit the Zoids style perfectly. I would even go as far as saying they look fairly beastly. I’d love to have those three on my side.

An honorable mention has to go to Salamence, a dragon/flying type that looks sweet in the standard format. Dragons usually look great, so taking the mech approach takes it up a notch.

What do you think about this crossover? Would you like more? If you do, which other Pokémon would you like to get the Zoids treatment? Let us know in the comments section below.
