What You Missed By Not Playing THE WITCHER 3

Geralt’s adventures are coming to an end with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunts latest expansion, Blood and Wine. Though it will be bittersweet to say goodbye to the beloved character, at least we’re getting one last hurrah in the form of this 30+ hour (according to CD Projekt Red) expansion. But what if you haven’t played the base game (shame on you) and want to jump into the DLC? Don’t you worry, good friend. We are here to help you out with our latest What You Missed by Not Playing episode as we cover the epic journey in Wild Hunt. As per usual, we spoil everything—you’ve been warned! Now, enjoy the clip above.

Quite a journey, right? You’re now ready to not only play Blood and Wine, but also take a stab at the previous expansion, Hearts of Stone (which boasts 10 hours of gameplay). That’s a combined extra 40+ hours of gameplay! Well done, CD Projekt Red. I know we just spoiled the whole game for y’all, but you should really go back and play the game if you get a chance. There are certain story elements you can affect, so it still has potential to be a fresh adventure. Plus, why wouldn’t you want to go back to take on the different beasts plaguing the lands?

Hopefully Geralt of Rivia will one day return, but until then, let’s enjoy Blood and Wine.

Have you played The Witcher 3? How did your tale end? Which battle was your favorite? Are you planning on skipping the base game, and instead going to focus on the new DLC? Let us know in the comments below, and take a leap back in time with our What You Missed Not Playing video for The Witcher 2.
