What If HARRY POTTER Was a Cyber Punk Anime?

Over his years at Hogwarts and all the life and death situations he found himself in, Harry Potter became a good wizard. But what if he lived in a different world? Nacho Punch imagined a setting where The Boy Who Lived became a hard-nosed cyber wizard in a 1980s anime. As you might surmise from the compelling description, it’s superb.

The fights that take place at Neo-Hogwarts are cooler than what you see in the films. Plus, this version is packed with plenty of references to 1988’s Akira. Potter and pals fit right into this environment.

Would you watch a full length Harry Potter feature in this style? Let us know in the comments.

Hell yes I would watch that. It’s interesting to see a different take on Harry Potter. Plus I love 80’s cyberpunk anime, Appleseed, Bubblegum Crisis, Akira, etc.

  2. Deren says:

That isn’t how its done. That isnt how its done at all.

THAT IS NOT ANIME AT ALL but if it wasn’t the americanized style that slightly resembles anime but is often called anime despite not being anime at all…then it wouldn’t be all that bad. it would be interesting…but not in that style please dont no please.
