Watch WWE2K16 Predict the Winner of CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

We are less than two weeks away from the release of Captain America: Civil War, and the anticipation is growing at an exponential rate. By now, you have already chosen if you are #TeamCap or #TeamIronMan. Now the question is whether or not you have made the right decision. Well, YouTube user Vylkhin has gone ahead and tried to use “science” to answer the question. Operating under the greatest of scientific methods, Vylkhin used his copy of WWE2K16 and created versions of both Steve Rogers and Tony Stark and simulated a match between the two at the grandest stage of them all, Wrestlemania.

Vylkhin did a great job of making sure Cap and Tony looked liked their real life counterparts. He even got the magnetic strap for Cap’s shield. THAT’S detail. Yes, Tony looks a little bit like he’s wearing a spandex Iron Man costumes from Hot Topic, but the graphics on it are top notch.

The match started off in Cap’s favor, with him destroying Tony for a good portion of it. Tony then made a comeback with a few Superman punches right to the face. After some more back and forth action, Cap eventually got the win with John Cena’s finishing move: the Attitude Adjustment (yes, that is what it’s called. No reason to judge).

I couldn’t tell if it was the WWE fan in me or the Marvel fan in me, but I did find myself getting into the match as I was watching it. If a mere YouTube simulation can get me pumped to see Cap square off against Tony, I’ll probably be bouncing off the walls during the real thing.

You can check out more of Vylkhin’s “dream match” videos on his YouTube channel here.

So what do you think? Do you feel the simulation is going to end up being movie accurate? Should ALL ____vs_____ superhero fights be settled in the squared circle? Let me know on Twitter or let’s settle this in a ladder match in the comments below.
