Watch This Guy Play OVERWATCH With a Nerf Bow

Watch This Guy Play OVERWATCH With a Nerf Bow

Now this is an impressive story. In the past, we’ve reported on gamers that have taken on challenges like beating Super Mario World in record time while blindfolded, taking out a boss in Destiny with Rock Band drums, and even someone who tackled Dark Souls with only his voice. With Overwatch hype at an all-time high right now, it was only a matter of time before a player found a new way to play the title. Twitch streamer Rudeism took things a step further by rigging a non-gaming device to play the game. Check it out below:

Yep, he’s using a Nerf Bow and playing as Hanzo (who wields a bow in the game), and it’s absolutely amazing. Suddenly every Hanzo user out there is wishing this were something they could grab in stores; I know I certainly do. To see how he put the controller together, check out the video below (and probably don’t try it at home because it might be dangerous).

Hanzo isn’t the only Overwatch character Rudeism tested things out with. The streamer recently took on other players as D.Va with a fight stick (not that abnormal), and even as Winston using real bananas (yes, actual bananas). He also has a series called “Dance Soles III” where he plays Dark Souls III using a dance pad. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. His channel is full of absolute gold.

Did Rudeism’s stream inspire you to try something new? What do you want to see him do next? Let us know in the comments below, join the conversation on Facebook, or start one with me on Twitter: @Samantha_Sofka!
