Watch a Special CRITICAL ROLE ONE SHOT Tonight on Geek & Sundry!

Role playing games have become the bastion for creative people to get to experience a legend, go on a quest, and have a great time in a mythical realm in the company of their friends and without the aid of pixels and a controller. These are games where you get to talk to people, sitting around a table, enjoying the laughter and company of others as you create an adventure of your very own. And if you don’t have friends to play with, then our friends at Geek & Sundry have you covered with their weekly Twitch series Critical Role.

The show is normally on Thursdays but tonight–Monday, April 18 at 7:00 p.m.–G&S will be giving us a special Critical Role One Shot to promote the upcoming International TableTop Day on April 30. Tonight’s stream is sponsored by the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and the Syrinscape sound app. Critical Role‘s resident game master Matthew Mercer will be taking viewers on a three-hour into Paizo’s Pathfinder RPG, focusing on their goblin module and accompanied by the Syrinscape sound app for added spooky atmosphere.

Matthew will be joined live on the Twitch stream by Marisha Ray and Taliesin Jaffe of Critical Role, with special guests that include actors and writers Ashly Burch and Phil LaMarr, and also Ivan Van Norman, Game Master on the hit show, No Survivors, which airs on Geek & Sundry Live on Monday nights.

During the stream, and all the way through the end of International TableTop Day on April 30, fans will be able to get 25% off on Paizo and Syrinscape’s goblin-themed products (yes, for real) and there will be prizes given throughout the whole stream with a grand prize of a year’s subscription to Syrinscape and other Pathfinder RPG products. So, like, it behooves one to watch such a stream.

The stream goes live tonight at 7 p.m. PST on Geek & Sundry’s Twitch channel. Go there and enjoy the wonderment!
