TOKYOPOP: Cosplay Friday #3

Not even Hurricane Sandy could stop another edition of TOKYOPOP’s Cosplay Friday from coming out! Batten down the hatches, grab a flashlight and prepare yourself to be inundated with the best cosplay from around the web this week.

While these may not quite have as many CCs as your standard Bullet Bike, this DIY Mario Kart crew wins first prize for ingenuity. Unless of course we see someone dressed as a Blue Shell, that is.

For a 1998 PlayStation fighting game that was never released, Thrill Kill sure does inspire a lot of cosplay. But, when you look as good as Akiomi does, it doesn’t really matter what came out when, now does it?

We would definitely startle this Witch (Left 4 Dead), mainly because we want to know how TraumaCentreGrrl made her awesome costume.

Where was Jay Tablante’s awesome photography when they made that godawful Jean Claude Van Damme Street Fighter film? This Sakura cosplay looks like it was ripped straight from a Street Fighter live action series.

This cosplay’s a triumph. We’re marking it down here – huge success. It’s no lie that Onkami’s GLaDOS (Portal) cosplay is the real deal.

They said he could be anything for Halloween…so he decided to be every costume of which you could possibly conceive.

Watch out, Stephen Amell – it looks like there’s another guy gunning for the title of Star(ling) City’s Emerald Archer: Drewstruction.

This Ringu cosplay is so good, it’s scary. If Butta-kun’s Sadako starts coming out of your screen, just relax; it’s probably 3D.

How did thebakasaru’s Cardcaptor Sakura cosplay get so good? Well, she is a magical girl, after all. And really good at sewing, I presume.

Brace yourselves… this epic White Walker cosplay is coming to take its rightful place on the cosplay throne. Check out more in-progress pics of Rex Rothwell’s awesome Game of Thrones tribute.
