TITANFALL 2 and McFarlane Toys Team up for a New Figure Series

In 2014, Titanfall quickly became one of the most popular multiplayer games on the market. With two kinds of play, either as one of the 20-foot Titans or as their parkour-loving pilots, gamers were able to play this FPS in whichever style suited them at the time.

A few months, ago, we reported an agreement between Electronic Arts, Respawn Entertainment, and McFarlane Toys to release figures based on the upcoming sequel.

Last week at E3, along with the release of the Titanfall 2 trailer, we got our first look at these awesome figures.

Titanfall

Posted on McFarlane’s website, pictures of the first two figures in the new line have been revealed. Coming out this September will be a 7-inch pilot figure, along with a 10-Inch Titan.

Jack Cooper

The pilot figure is based on Jack Cooper, the main character of Titanfall 2. He will come with a CAR submachine gun, modeled directly from the 3D models for the game.

Titan

The BT-7274 Titan comes with a 3-inch Jack Cooper figure, as well as a working cockpit for him to fit into. It also comes with its Titan weapon (Why wouldn’t it? That’d be like Voltron without its blazing sword).

Not only will consumers get these great looking figures, but also exclusive DLC for the game upon its release, including nose-art designed by Todd McFarlane. That’s some decent incentive. If you know McFarlane Toys, then you know a lot of work has gone into the detail of these figures, and they will be a great addition to any fan’s collection.

Titanfall 2 is currently scheduled for release on October 28th, 2016.

So what do you think? Are you excited for both the game as well as these figures? Let me know on Twitter or head to the back part of your local FYE with the rest of the McFarlane Toys and sound off in the comments below.
