This Drone Dressed as a Ghost Will Cause Wonderful Problems

Even as drones have grown more and more popular, no one has really found a practical use for them that I care about. Sure, they can be used for lots of really pragmatic reasons, some good, some bad, but how do they benefit me? I finally found the answer: turn them into flying ghosts to scare the crap out of the neighborhood kids on Halloween.

Posted by YouTube user Maoser, the video above shows the skull-faced drone ghost terrorizing cars as they drive down a residential street. While a flying ghost might not be quite as scary during the middle of the day, I freak out when a bird flies too close to my windshield, so this would probably be scary enough. Besides, if you want to scare cars with a flying machine, maybe night time isn’t the best time for everyone involved.

Based on the palm trees and cactus, as well as the Western-style music in the video, I’m going to guess that this ghost was a cowboy that never found peace, and he’s certainly not a fan of these new-fangled horseless carriages driving over the very spot where his favorite saloon used to be.

If you think this is funnier than it is scary, and don’t think you can use it as a prank this Halloween, here’s another flying ghost that shows how creepy they can really be:

Conclusion: ghosts hate cars. That’s just classic ghost.

So what other scary things could you turn a drone into this Halloween? Maybe a witch flying on her broomstick? Scare up your best ideas in the comments below.
