These JURASSIC PARK Brooches Are Clever, Girl

It‘s been 23 years since that first dinosaur theme park came to life on screen and our love for Jurassic Park hasn’t waned one bit. Artist Kate Gabrielle has been doing her part to keep the dream alive by creating delightful jewelry inspired by the original dino disaster movie.

Gabrielle’s crafted jewelry and accessories feature iconic Jurassic Park characters and dialogue that have become a part of our everyday vernacular. Paleobotanist Dr. Ellie Sattler, played by Laura Dern, is fashioned into a wearable hand-painted, laser-cut wooden brooch, featuring Dr. Ian Malcolm’s quintessential phrase, “Dinosaurs eat man, woman inherits the Earth.”

Speaking of Ian Malcolm, there are plenty of opportunities to show off your Jeff Goldblum adoration. The hair, the glasses, the outfit… it all make the ladies swoon. Now you can wear a little piece of Dr. Malcolm along with his signature Goldblum-ish delivery of, “Life…uh…finds a way,” embellished as charming accessories.

Let’s not forget, the dinosaurs are the stars of the film. There are plenty of brooches and patches that feature fossils, dino bones, and raptors. The Clever Girl patch is brilliant, and would make a fine addition to a girl gang jean jacket.

The accessories span the Jurassic fandom with newer items showcasing Lowery from Jurassic World showing off his love of the original park. Prehistoric inception, folks.

Perhaps the fiercest piece of the collection is a wooden brooch highlighting Blue, the velociraptor in Jurassic World, and featuring a banner of Beyonce lyrics. Dinosaurs and Beyonce? Clearly we all need this brooch in our lives.
