The New Trailer For Tom Cruise’s “Oblivion”

There’s a new international trailer out for Oblivion, the Tom Cruise sci-fi flick directed by Joseph Kosinski (Tron: Legacy) coming in April, and it has some different shots from the last one and more action (and more Morgan Freeman, too). Like the first trailer, it sets forth the basics: Tom plays another character named Jack (this one’s Harper, not Reacher), a drone repairman working on a ruined Earth who discovers a survivor in some wreckage and gets entangled in a battle bigger than he imagined. It’s based on Kosinski’s graphic novel of the same name.

The movie opens on April 12th in IMAX and gets a wide release on April 19th. How’s this one look to you? Comments below….

Love tom. I think he is releasing things internationally now..it’s the wave of the future. He’s extremely gifted and talented and regardless of the rotten things you say i think this movie will be a hit.
He looks incredible in all his movies. Rock of Ages he was gorgeous and really portrayed a rocker in a true way. This will be outstanding ….
    Keep entertaining us Tom.

  2. Jake says:

This movie is so ridiculous. The ‘weaponry” looks like it came from Walmart. YAWN

  3. lucid says:

tom cruise has been working with the “invader/alien” all along, just that he doesn’t about it.

tom cruise in the wrong team. simple as that.

  4. CJ says:

All I can say is Walt Disney Pictures’ loss is Universal Pictures gain … Joseph Kosinski (Tron: Legacy) wrote a great graphic novel (which deserves to be re-released) and has delivered another “thought provoking” sci fi film … I hope this film does wall so that it leads to a TR3N from the Walt Disney Company … Tom Cruise is an easy target (lol) so I’m not going to lampoon the fact I’d rather have Guy Pierce in his role

  5. Kevin says:

I have “Going Clear” on my reading list, guys. All will be revealed.

    Or not.

  6. Tiffany says:

I don’t understand why no one else is disturbed by the fact that Tom Cruise seems to be growing younger in all his movies! I’m convinced you will find a picture of an old wrinkly Tom Cruise in a secret room of his house.

Don’t get me wrong I am kinda looking forward to this movie all I’m saying is that I’m pretty sure that Tom Cruise is stealing the souls of innocents.

  7. Kevin says:

Thank goodness. I was beginning to wonder if he retired or something.

Welcome back, Tom! Don’t be a stranger next time!

  8. Andrew says:

I guarantee he’s a clone or something stupid like that.
