It seems like the promotion team for the new Power Rangers movie is going full Turbo in anticipation of the film’s impending March 24th release. On Wednesday we were treated to our first peek at Bryan Cranston as Zordon thanks to some images from the Power Rangers VR experience at the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show.  Now even more images from CES have been released giving us an even deeper look into the Rangers’ new command center cave
In one image, we see the five Rangers in hologram form standing alongside Alpha-9. In the other two we’re treated to a view of all five zords. But perhaps most interestingly, it looks like the black Zord has changed forms. Zack will no longer be hitching a ride on a mechanized mastodon, instead he’ll be driving what appears to be some kind of weird prehistoric bug. We’ve also discovered that the experience is titled Power Rangers: Zords Rising and will be available for the public to play, presumably around the time of the movie’s release. Could it be a prequel story in advance of the film’s plot? Only time will tell.
It remains to bee seen if Zords Rising will be anything more than what we see in these images, but fans are sure to be excited by the possibility of stepping into the drivers seat of their very own Zord. Will you be playing it when the game is actually released? And what do you think of the changes to the classic Rangers’ command center? Let us know in the comments below!
