The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day 1/24/14: B.J. Novak’s Book Promo

So, frogs have reportedly have a mating call that attracts preying bats. Luckily, they don’t have enough self-awareness to realize how terrifying it is to have your mating call be the same call that attracts hunters and killers. Although, I do have to say that there are worst ways to go out dying that only humans could come up with, like the jellyfish in Seven Pounds. With that being said, The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day is a great to forget about all the horrifying information I just presented.

Today’s MIFV is a promotional trailer for B.J. Novak‘s upcoming collection of short stories One More Thing that features Mindy Kaling, pictures of Rainn Wilson, and as much French New Wave influence as you can handle.

Here’s the previous MIFV pick, in case you missed it.

Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the MIFV like so many featured in the past. I love finding new, hilarious videos from people hundreds and thousands of miles away, so please do send your videos so long as they follow the rules below.
-E-mail embeddable video link to [email protected] with subject line “MIFV Submission”
-Videos must have been posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) within exactly two weeks from when you submit (i.e. videos uploaded more than 14 days from the day when you submit will not be up for consideration)
-Don’t add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link

Well…the video was in French after all. It makes perfect sense to construct the post with a translation app, no?

Doesn’t anybody proofread anymore? This post reads like it was written by a translation app.
