There is new DNA evidence suggesting that dogs were an “evolutionary off-shoot of the grey wolf,” claiming that they were somehow domesticated in Europe. That still doesn’t explain how the Chihuahua breed came about, or really any breed of dog that has almost no personality traits of a grey wolf. Were there just certain groups of dogs being carried in purses for thousands of years? I have no idea, but, to calm me down from inessential semantics about dogs, I’ve got The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day.

Today’s MIFV is Conan O’Brien calling a horse race. The Santa Anita Park horse track, for some reason, let Conan call a horse race that was broadcast internationally, and I can only wish that all sports were called like this.
