The Legacy Music Hour #87: Kazuo Hanzawa

The work of composer Kazuo Hanzawa, aka Norio Hanzawa, is the focus of Episode 87.  Originally a Konami employee, Kazuo moved on to work for the company Treasure.  With an extremely progressive and unique approach, Hanzawa took video game music to a whole other level with games like Gunstar Heroes and Alien Soldier.  Check out this incredible music from a very overlooked composer.  Full track listing below.

  1. Kazuo Hanzawa really is way overlooked! His sense of rhythm, his unique harmonies, and his very rapid transitions put him near the top of my list. Thanks for this.
