We’ve been waiting to see more on this game since it was announced back during the 2009 PlayStation E3 conference. It’s almost been a bit of a myth– similar in stature to that of a potential Half-Life 3 game. But now we know for sure– The Last Guardian is coming exclusively to the PS4 in 2016. The game formerly known as Trico looks just as amazing as it did when it was first unveiled, and that charm seen in Ico and Shadow of the Colossus has certainly not been lost.

We didn’t get much more than another gameplay sequence from the game, but that’s more than enough to keep us tied over until next year. Fallout 4 and The Last Guardian in the same E3?
