The Kick is Good in New DEADPOOL TV Spot

In the ever amazing marketing bonanza for Deadpool, we have another fun TV spot for our favorite Merc with a Mouth. Just like with other movies, as the release gets closer and closer, each new spot reveals just a tiny bit more of what to expect. Deadpool is no different.

This new spot gives us a little bit more from the bridge fight scene that has been in almost all of the previous trailers (I am beginning to wonder if the film is 95% bridge and 5% every other location), where Deadpool gives someone a good old-fashioned boot to the face. Also shown is a glimpse of Deadpool hanging off a collapsing tower, holding on for dear life. I watched this part a few times, and yes, it DOES look like a helicarrier. The reason I called it a tower is because we all know it’s probably NOT a helicarrier, otherwise Marvel, Disney, and 20th Century Fox have kept the biggest secret in Hollywood away from everyone.

What’s not in question is that if the movie is even one fourth as good as the marketing for it has been, we are in for a real treat.

Deadpool, starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, and T.J. Miller, opens in theaters and IMAX February 12.

So what do you think? Will the movie be able to live up to the marketing campaign? What’s been your favorite advertisement so far? Let me know on Twitter or annoy the hell out of Cable in the comments below.
