Great episode. I love when Sandra and Dave are making podcast magic. They are podcast gold. I think I’m in the same boat when it comes to the small talk thing. It’s like you don’t mind small talk because it serves a purpose but usually is rather shallow sometimes you want to get into a deep conversation. There is so much more to people than what they do for a living or what they had for breakfast. Everyone is passionate about something and thats what I find interesting about people. I agree with Sandra even when someone is really into something your not into if you see and feel there interest in something you get engaged because you know it something they care about. Keep up the good work Dave!
