Star Wars Rings are the Bling You’re Looking For

Japanese licensed Star Wars products make for some of the best collaborations. Affordable and adorable, Japan continuously turns out must-have merchandise overseas.

Little Raymond is a Japanese jewelry company that bills themselves as makers of unique and happy accessories. Their products are fun and whimsical, and this year they’ve come out with special Star Wars rings in anticipation of The Force Awakens.

In an homage to the original trilogy, these simple epoxy resin rings feature detailed characters that include Darth Vader, a stormtrooper, C-3P0, R2-D2, an ewok, Jabba the Hutt and Yoda. The rings are interesting because they’re flat and stand up when worn, but have two different sides so that you can enjoy looking at two versions of the same ring.

The images don’t give up much information, but if you look closely, the back side of Jabba has him hiding a bag of money, meanwhile, the ewok looks to be eating something, and given ewoks’ taste for people BBQ, I’m not sure I want to know what it is.

And since the rings are flat, they can be used as is or attached to a string to become a necklace. Here’s the catch: they only come in one size so Jabba-type fingers are out of luck.

The rings retail for 2376 yen, the equivalent of about 20 U.S. dollars. Little Raymond is taking pre-orders now and the first shipment of these rings begins in November.

Take a look at all the rings in the gallery below and let us know in the comments if these are the rings you’re looking for!
