Sons of Anarchy has been one of television’s wildest rides since its premiere in the fall of 2008. Now, seven years later, there’s no chance anyone would have expected the Hamlet inspired tale of a California motorcycle gang would be home of one of television’s most highly anticipated series finale events. But, the fact is, that’s exactly what Kurt Sutter’s twisted creation is, especially following the end of season six that saw the brutal death of series favorite – and Jax long-standing love – Tara. Now, with mere weeks to go before the final season premiere, the first full length trailer has been released by FX.

Sutter’s stated numerous times that the series will not be wrapping up in a nice little bow. Things are going to get bloody before the final set of credits roll, and when it comes to the boys of SAMCRO, that’s just the way we like it. The series has maintained an amazing level quality as its entered its final run, and who knows where things are gonna go now that Jax doesn’t have Tara to hold on to.

We were convinced things couldn’t get any crazier than Clay’s death… and then Gemma stabbed Tara in the head with a carving fork. After that, there’s no telling what levels of insanity Kurt and the gang have in store for the final run.

Sons of Anarchy premieres September 9^th on FX.
