We Need to Own ROGUE ONE’s Latest Poster Immediately

Fun fact: I’ve maybe been more excited for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story than I was for The Force Awakens. (I know.) When it came to our return to the big screen Star Wars universe, I was deeply hesitant to let my expectations get the best of me, lest I repeat those prequel feels all over again. But after seeing and loving it so much, all bets were off when it came to Rogue One‘s existence. I was in full-on fangirling mode before the first official trailer drop. So, naturally, I’m losing my ever-loving gourd over the newest poster for the film—which you can check out below!

I MEAN COME ON, RIGHT? Where’s the place to send my money to own this in the biggest size possible because I HAVE VENMO AT THE READY. The Tron-esque way the lines of the Death Star intersect with both Jyn Erso AND Darth Vader’s face makes me feel like there’s a deeper connection there — or, at least, that these two are going to have an epically badass battle at some point in the film (oh god, PLEASE).

The composition on the image is truly just stunning: look at those Stormtroopers lining the bottom! Those AT-ATs and the X-Wings! The Star Destroyer! To say nothing of the seemingly made-to-be-iconic profiles of the rest of the cast. Needless to say, our bodies are ready for Rogue One to hurry up and get here already—and for that rumored trailer we’re getting on Thursday morning.

In the meantime, thank your lucky stars that they didn’t go with this version:
