Gears of War 4Â campaign gameplay footage
Possibly the biggest title to hit the Xbox One this year will be Gears of War 4, so it makes sense that we got an extensive look at the campaign gameplay trailer. Other than fantastic visuals, the gameplay looks like classic Gears of War–fast and brutal. While it’s hard to judge what the game will actually play like, it does seem to have the same tone of the previous titles. Plus, we also got to see an older Marcus Fenix looking like a badass. General RAAM joins Killer InstinctÂ
As part of the Gears of War celebration, General RAAM is joining the Killer Instinct roster. He’s massive in comparison to the other combatants (as he should be), and looks incredibly menacing. His attacks will perfectly fit Killer Instinct. And as a surprise, Microsoft announced that you can play as this new character completely free this whole week.
ReCore gameplayÂ
We finally got a gameplay trailer of what is one of the most interesting titles coming to the Xbox platform, ReCore. The short clip shows the main character Joule battling her way through several situations and using her incredibly versatile robotic companion to get past environmental obstacles. We honestly cannot wait to get our hands on this one.
Scalebound gameplay
Dragons and co-op, what could go wrong? We’ve already seen gameplay footage of Platinum Games’ game, but today, the studio revealed co-op with friends. While no information was disclosed about how this new multiplayer will work, we got a glimpse of four friends duking it out against a massive boss (Platinum states it’s the largest they’ve ever built). Everyone was the same character with their very own dragon, and it looked like a lot of fun. Things could get rather interesting if this has a Monster Hunter element to it.
State of Decay 2 trailer
The incredibly popular zombie survival game, State of Decay, is getting a sequel with even more undead foes and even grimier situations. The reveal trailer doesn’t show too much, but we did get a glimpse of how brutal this new iteration will be. Those who are interested in survival games should definitely check it out.
Dead Rising 4 trailer revealed
Speaking of zombies, Dead Rising 4 is on the way this holiday season. As such, the trailer is very mush Christmas-themed, and it’s a whole lot of fun. Basically, the newest Dead Rising is going to be bigger and crazier–and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Heck, the Galen Center was literally covered in silver confetti that fell from rafters. It was brilliant.
Halo Wars 2 trailer revealed
You didn’t really think there would be no Halo at E3, did you? Yes, this reveal leaked a couple of days ago, but we hadn’t seen the trailer. And let me tell you, the action looks fantastic. The ongoing battles are massive! Unfortunately, the game isn’t set to launch until February 2017, but you don’t have to wait that long to try it out. You can download and play the beta today through June 20. Go play now!
