Julia Yu says she did this after seeing a post on College Humor about “Five Sci-Fi Children’s Books” by Caldwell Tanner from last December, which just had the covers of proposed books, including a version of “Goodnight Dune” plus a Doctor Who-Dr Seuss combination and the Berenstain… er, Battlestar Bears learning about Cylons. She decided to create the full story, prompted by a Reddit post, and this is the result.
